Senior Digital Account Managers: Durban (LIQ4)
My client in Cape Town, an online Advertising Agency, is urgently seeking the services of a skilled and experienced Account Manager to help them build their business as well as maintain their already excellent client service record.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage various web/mobile/CRM based projects
- Be accountable for client liaison
- Maintain relationships with clients on a client service level
- Campaign development and management
- Management of client accounts and all facets of client service
- The delivery of agency services in an effective manner
Min Requirements:
- Matric & a relevant tertiary qualification
- Computer literate (all Microsoft products)
- Strong interpersonal communicator
- Must be good in self/time & People Management skills
- Must have a strong understanding of the online environment
- Experienced in CRM, WEB, data management, BTL & direct marketing
- Must have the ability to deliver on the client’s business plans & implement accordingly with the team

Responsibilities:
- Manage the retention of existing clients by delivering consistently high standards
- Administering all day-to-day activities, at a more senior level.
- Establish and maintain a productive communication between the Client and the Agency.
- Ensure that the Agency’s actions are in line with agreements, procedures and budgets, and reflect a unified and agreed point of view.
- Maintain close contact with the Client.
- Assist in the delivery of services to the Client.
- Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at the Client.
- Co-ordinate and manage all Agency services to the Client.
- Write contact reports and forward these to the Client within 48 hours after every meeting.
- Write status reports for each account.
- Forward recommendations and analyses to the Client.
- Ensure that Client’s accounts are correct and delivered on time and that payment is effected timeously,
- Assist in the professional growth of the Account Executives.
- Work closely and provide support to the Account Director.
- Ensure a smooth and timeous internal workflow.
- Work with other departments to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation.
- Delegate administrative responsibilities to Account Executives on a project basis, including all aspects of the creative process.
- Collect signed quotes and media schedules against jobs and supply these to the Account Director so that the budget can be updated.
Salary:
R18 000 – R25 000
